Bio

I am a Minnesota based photographic artist. I also work in a taconite mine as a heavy equipment operator for the Steelworkers Union. I got into film photography as a teenager to document my friends in the punk scene. I am self-taught. Fortunately, I live in a small town that offers a $5/a day public dark room in an old train station converted into an Arts and Heritage Center. I have since switched to digital photography and work in both color and black and white. My photography ranges from small paper prints to large prints on aluminum. I still love documenting the misfits of the world and always have my camera ready! I currently live on Anishinaabe land (Duluth, MN) with my wife Beth, and two cats, Christmas & Salem.

Thank you for your interest in my work.
